ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The respondent police registered a case as against the petitioner in Crime No.95 of 2024 for the offence under Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and remanded him into judicial custody on 17.04.2024. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 16.04.2024, the petitioner has thrown a stone on the defacto complainant's car and caused damage to the tune of Rs.10,000/-. Hence the complaint.

3.Considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court has dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking the very same relief. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is said to have intimidated a Judicial Officer by pelting stones on his car and apart from this case, the petitioner is having seven previous cases to his credit, which are as follows:

"Crime Nos.57, 02, 373 of 2015, 77 and 281 of 2019, 308 of 2022 10 of 2023 and 42 of 2024 pending before Srivaikundam Police Station." 2/3

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of offence and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.
