The petitioner, a practising Advocate in Trichy, with a grievance that the respondent Bank has freezed his bank account, has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent to defreeze his Bank Account.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent Bank submits that on instructions of the Cyber Crime Wing, the petitioner's bank account has been freezed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the case has been registered as against the petitioner by the Cyber Crime Wing, Delhi, Ernakulam and Maharastra and on their instructions, the petitioner's bank account might have been freezed. In this regard, the respondent police is not having any role.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application, including the Cyber Crime Wing. No costs.
