on 05.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 420, 465, 477(A) of IPC, in Crime No.8 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the petitioner was working as employee under the Company of the defacto complainant, he misappropriated the amount to the tune of Rs.1,14,00,000/-. In order to discharge his debt, he issued 5 cheques and the same were dishonored. Hence, the case.
3. Heard both sides.
4.Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner being an employee, misappropriated the amount to the tune of Rs.1,14,00,000/- and also considering the facts that the investigation is in the nascent stage and the amount yet to be recovered, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 23/08/2024 / TRUE COPY / /09/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
