This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint lodged by the third Respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first and second Respondents submitted that the complaint of the third respondent was transferred to the second Respondent for conducting enquiry. Thereafter, on the basis of the recommendation of the second Respondent, the case was withdrawn from the file of the second Respondent and transferred to the file of the Deputy Commissioner of Police. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 14.11.2022 Index : Yes/No vsd 2/4
