The reasons stated in the affidavit are not satisfied and also taking advantage of one of the judgment of this Court, the petitioner cannot take review or revision, after the huge delay of 1536 days.

2.Under these circumstances, the reasons stated in the affidavit are not satisfied, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Hence, this petition is dismissed. No costs.
