ORDER

Check slip dated 26.08.2014 and the memo dated 03.09.2014 are put to challenge in this writ petition. By the impugned orders, the SubRegistrar, Nazareth, has directed the petitioner to produce separate patta in his name for registering the document in Survey No.317/17, to an extent of 33.0 hectares that it stands in the name of Johnson, Paulraj, Thangaraj, Jeyaraj, Dharmaraj and Samuvel.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is not in a position to contact the petitioner. 2/4

However, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on written instructions, submits that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has obtained a separate patta and the document was also registered. He claims that the petitioner has informed the Sub Registrar, Nazareth, that he is not willing to pursue this writ petition and gave a statement to him.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
