The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents made a submission that the petitioner has not submitted all relevant documents before the authorities concerned and therefore, the authorities are unable to consider on merits. However, in order to comply with the order passed by this Court, they have recorded this facts and passed an order on 21.02.2022. If at all the petitioner in any interest in pursuing the matter, it is for him to approach the competent authority.
