This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in civil dispute in O.S.No.465 of 2021, on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Madurai District under the guise of enquiry conducted by the third respondent based on the complaint of the fourth respondent and consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on getting instructions from the concerned police, would submit that they have not received any complaint from the respondents 4 and 5 and they have received the complaint from the petitioner. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
