2.This is a case arising out of Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The petitioner suffered conviction and sentence and the same was also confirmed in the appeal. 3.During the pendency of this revision case, it was suggested that the matter could be resolved. The parties were directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, District Legal Service Authority, Trichy District. Accordingly, the parties appeared. I have received a report from the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Trichy that the matter has been settled and the mediation agreement has also been filed.
