This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and dairy firm and the property situated in S.No.198 Karisalkulam Village, Sivagangai District and to do his cultivating work in the land by considering his representation dated 16.03.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 16.03.2018. Due to lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now.
