ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to grant patta for S.F.No.18/20 at Pudukkottai North Village, Pudukkottai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2014.

2.Without adverting to the averments made in this writ petition and considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, if any, the second respondent is directed to consider the same after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
