ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 24.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.10012 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the respondent to disburse the monetary benefits to the writ petitioner along with 6% interest within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the order has not been complied with, the instant contempt petition has been filed. 2.The contemnor/transport corporation has filed an affidavit. The relevant portion in paragraph No.4 is extracted as follows:- "However, owing to the financial constraints, this respondent could not settle the amount in time. As per our calculation, the writ petitioner is entitled for Rs.1,20,056/- towards difference of leave salary. The Respondent has settled 1st installment Rs.

24,000/- paid through ECS on 08.08.2024 and the 2nd installment Rs.24,000/- paid through ECS on 19.09.2024 and the respondent undertake to settle the remaining amount through three installments commencing from October 2024 to December 2024 owing to the financial constraints of the Corporation."

3.In view of the undertaking given by the respondent herein, this contempt petition stands closed.
