This Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the second respondent dated 28.07.2019 and quash and same as illegal and consequently direct the first and second respondents to hand over the key of the petitioners office to her

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after filing this writ petition, the first respondent conducted peace committee and the matter has been settled amicably between the parties namely the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents.
