ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 27.09.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Additionl Mahila Court, Sivagangai. District Munsif (FAC), Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.643 / 2023 dated 25.07.2023, this Court made the following order:

By an order dated 27.09.2022 in the above Civil Revision Petition, the learned District Munsif, Sivagangai was directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.194 of 2008 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Sivagangai vide his letter dated 25.07.2023 bearing reference D.No.643/2023, requested for extension of time to dispose the suit. In the said letter, he has given explanation for non-disposal of the suit.

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given in the letter dated 25.07.2023, the time for disposal of the suit is extended by 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
