ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2024 and further direct the third respondent to take immediate action to remove and prevent unauthorized/illegal parking of two/four wheelers in front of the petitioner's business premises situated at EVS street, Srirangam, Trichy District within a time frame. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation given by the petitioner is pending before the third respondent and he may be directed to consider the same. 2/4

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.07.2024 and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
