Respondent/Respondent/Complaint PRAYER: This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., calling for the records pertaining to the judgment dated 06.04.2015 passed in C.A.No.64 of 2013 on the file of the IV Additional District Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli confirming the sentence dated 27.09.2013 passed in C.C.No.193 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and set aside the same.

ORDER

A compromise memo has been filed duly signed by both the parties as well as their counsels. Both the parties are present today.

2.As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, the complainant admits the fact that he has received a sum of Rs.3,75,000/-, which is more than the cheque amount. 3.Compromise memo is recorded. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.364 of 2015 is allowed and the effect of compromise would amount to acquitted of the accused under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
