ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file a final report 1/4

in Crime No.577 of 2023 on the file of the respondent within a period fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready and seeks one week time to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
