ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to to punish the Contemnor/third respondent for her deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.20406 of 2021, dated 7.12.2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.
3.This Court by order, 7.12.2021, directed the District Revenue Officer, the third respondent to issue notice to the Petitioner to examine the lay of the lands, to examine whether it is permissible to grant patta, to examine who are the parties to whom further notice has to be issued, not only to the Petitioner but anybody else, who is in possession of the lands, thereafter to take a decision to grant patta or not after giving due opportunity to the Petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.In compliance of the said order, the respondent by his proceedings, dated 14.09.2022 and 17.09.2022 states that the Petitioner has failed to prove his claim and rejected the said claim giving liberty to the Petitioner to approach competent Civil Court, if so aggrieved by the said order.
5.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs., 19.09.2022
