Fast Track Court at Magisterial level, Karaikudi vide the letter in D.No.991/ 2023 dated 20.11.2023, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Revision Case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.146 of 2002.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Karaikudi, sent a letter dated 20.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of C.C.No.146 of 2002, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated02.06.2023.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, two months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.146 of 2002 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
