ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 14.08.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court , Valliyoor vide the letter in D.No.1356/2024 dated 19.05.2022, this Court made the following order:
"This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.10130 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subsequently, based on the request of the Court below, 2/4
it was extended one time. It is stated that Crl.M.P.No.10130 of 2014 was taken on file in C.C.No.343 of 2022 by the trial Court. Now the learned Judicial Magistrate has sought for extension of time of six months to dispose of the case.
2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and therefore, six months time is granted to dispose of the case in C.C.No.343 of 2022. "
