This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to give necessary police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018.
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as 'civil in nature'.
