Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. It is seen that the petitioner is a purchaser from a surety. The petitioner had already filed O.S.No.295 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Judge, Theni. The prayer made in this writ petition is a part of the prayer made in the said suit.

3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the said suit. I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
