ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12986 of 2024 dated 08.08.2024.

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court dated 09.09.2025, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, submitted a report dated 16.09.2025 stating that the Inspector of Police, Karimedu Police Station filed a final report on 27.08.2024 and the same was returned with objections and after complying with the objections, final report was again resubmitted on 08.09.2025 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No. 2568 of 2025 on 10.09.2025.
