ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the writ petitioner dated 09.11.2012 in respect of the pay anomaly. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the representation submitted by the writ petitioner, his case was reconsidered and accordingly, the correct scale of pay was ascertained and the claim of the writ petitioner for revision of scale of pay was rejected.
3.In respect of the District Police Office Madurai, the writ petitioner has received the amount. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the District Police Office, Dindigul has to settle the arrears. W.P.(MD).No.15628 of 2014 is concerned, a counter affidavit affidavit filed by the respondent states as follows in Para No.9, "9.It is submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2012 was considered and an endorsement in C.No.D3/9707/2013, dated 27.06.2013 was given to his and him representation dated 29.11.2013 was also considered for which also an endorsement in this office letter C.No.D2/42915/2013 dated 25.03.2014 was also given to him."
4.In view of the fact that the representation submitted by the writ petitioner was already considered and orders were passed. The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition to consider the representation does not arise at all. If at all any grievance exists to the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. 5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
