Mr.A.Thiyagarajan Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R Since all petitioners are the owners of Mini Buses and the issue arises in these writ petitions are one and the same, I proceed to pass a common order.

2. The petitions have sought a mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose their representations dated 12.06.2014 in accordance with law and within a stipulated time.

3. Mr.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has not expressed any serious objections to grant of the prayer. However, he pointed out that since the request of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners relates to entry of the Mini Bus into Kumbakonam Bus stand located in Kumbakonam, the request ought to have been addressed to the Regional Transport Authority at Kumbakonam and not to the Regional Transport Authority at Thanjavur District, who is arrayed as the respondent in the writ petitions.

4. In the light of the above, the writ petitions are dismissed permitting the petitioner to approach the proper authority for redressal of their grievance, if they so desire. No costs.
