This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.7 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No. 7 of 2018 and filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No. 260 of 2018.

3. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous and the petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
