ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to consider the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.08.2014 in line with Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

2. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court, since the said Circular has been subsequently recalled by the Inspector General of Registration, pursuant to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
