O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.166 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent Police and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the trial Court and the same was taken on file in SPL.S.C.No.8 of 2023. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
