This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5633 of 2023, dated 27.03.2023.

2. In view of the report that is submitted by the concerned trial Court, I find no reason to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5633 of 2023, dated 27.03.2023. The petitioner has to comply the condition at least for fifteen days.
