ORDER

Challenging the conditional order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, Trichy District, in Cr.M.P.No.12829 of 2025 dated 1/4

28.05.2025, this Criminal Revision Case is filed. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while allowing the Petition for return of property, the learned Trial Court had imposed a condition to produce solvency for himself and another two sureties for a sum of Rs.33,73,650/-. He further submitted that the vehicle involved in this case is Bharat Benz. Mercedes Benz is different from Bharat Benz and considering the vehicle as Mercedes Benz, the learned Trial Court has sought for exhorbitant solvency and the same may be reduced. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the learned Trial Court is reasonable and prayed for dismissal of the Criminal Revision. 5.In view of the above, this Court hereby modify the condition no.1 to effect that the petitioner shall produce solvency for himself and another two sureties for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) each. The other conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court shall remain unaltered. 2/4

6.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed. No Costs.
