This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of the Schedule Castes and Tribes Prevention of Atrocities Act, 1989 to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.1631 of 2023 dted 03.10.2023 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of SC/ST Act Cases, Pudukkottai and enlarge the Appellant on bail by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Arul Jenifer, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (crl.side )for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.927 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation has been completed and trial is commenced before the trial Court.
4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.927 of 2023 on 20.10.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court as and when required for interrogation.
