ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case is filed, seeking to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.13356 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy, Trichy District, 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that while allowing the Petition for return of property, the learned Trial Court had imposed a condition of producing solvency for himself and another two sureties for a sum of Rs.35,15,625/- each. He further submitted that the value of the machine would be Rs.35,15,625/- and the learned Trial Court has imposed a heavy cost and the same may be reduced. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the learned Trial Court is reasonable and prayed for dismissal of the Criminal Revision. 4.

In view of the above, this Court hereby modify the condition no.1 to effect that the petitioner shall produce solvency for himself and another two sureties for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) each. The other conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court shall remain unaltered.
