Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.2 to disburse the salary for the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.04.2022 (10 Months) with interest by considering the petitioners representation dated 24.03.2025 to the respondent No.2 forwarded by the respondent No.3 1/5

vide the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa.Dhi.Na2/30588/2017, dated 10.04.2025 to the respondent No.2 within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to disburse the salary for the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.04.2022, along with interest, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025, which was forwarded by the third respondent to the second respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa.Dhi.Na2/30588/2017, dated 10.04.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, although several grounds have been raised in the writ petition, it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
