ORDER

The petitioner, who is A4 in Cr.No.341 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent, has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation. 2.The petitioner has made certain serious allegations as against the respondent Police that at the instigation of one political party, the present case has been foisted as against him. He has also relied upon the orders of this Court in WP.(MD)No.15120 of 2023 and certain other proceedings in support of his contention.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the investigation in Cr.No.341 of 2023 has been completed and they have closed the case as 'Mistake of Fact', on 04.07.2025. He further submits that RCS notice has also been served on the defacto complainant on 22.07.2025.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. In the event, if the case has been foisted 2/4
