The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.313 of 2024 on the file of first respondent. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they are now restricting their prayer directing the first respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. The petitioner has not canvassed any reason or ground to impugn the FIR.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and taking note of their restricted prayer, the first respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 313 of 2024 and file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
