ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Hostel Warden seeking a mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider his representation dated 24.03.2025, for disbursement of salary for the period between 01.07.2021 and 30.04.2022.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, he was reverted from the post of Graduate Warden to the post of Secondary Grade Warden without any notice or opportunity. The order of reversion was challenged by the writ petitioner in W.P(MD)No.11685 of 2021, wherein an order of interim stay was granted. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, despite an order of interim stay, he was not reinstated. Since he was kept out of employment for the between 01.07.2021, and 30.04.2022, salary was not disbursed to him. Seeking disbursement of the salary, the petitioner has addressed a representation to the 2/4

second respondent on 24.03.2025. So far the representation has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025, and pass orders on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
