Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned notice dated 08.09.2014 vide Na.Ka.No.438/2014 issued by the third respondent and quash the same.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging a notice issued by the third respondent herein directing the writ petitioner to appear for an enquiry for compulsory registration. The notice impugned in the writ petition is dated 08.09.2014.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent has brought to the notice of the Court, on 07.09.2021 an order has been passed returning the sale deed to the fourth respondent on the ground that the sale deed has been presented beyond the period of limitation. 3.Since the writ petition has been filed challenging a proposed enquiry and enquiry has already been closed by an order dated 07.09.2021, no further order is required in this writ petition.

4.The Writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner and the fourth respondent are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressing their grievances. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
