This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry under Section 128 of BNSS, 2023 and the said particular period was already over. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and the said particular period was already over, nothing survives for further adjudication.
