ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.150 of 2018 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Kaliyakkavilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case is still in the stage of investigation and by passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves out of Court and they have also entered into an agreement on 19.01.2019. The petitioners have also filed a copy of the said agreement in the typed set of papers. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the agreement dated 19.01.2019, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the F.I.R in Crime No.

150 of 2018 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Kaliyakkavilai Police Station, Kanyakumari District, is hereby quashed. The petitioners shall jointly pay a sum of Rs.5000/-, as costs, to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13252 of 2019 Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a photocopy of the receipt along with a memo reporting compliance in the Registry. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
