Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Declaration, calling for the records of the respondents and relating to Tender No.BPCL/LPG/PKD/SR/2013/08/TUTICORIN, DECLARE that the entire tender process as null and void, consequently quash the 'Letter of Intents' issued Dt:20.08.2014 to those selected and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to call for new tender and process the same strictly adhering to the selection of SC/ST Contractors for Transportation of packed LPG Cylinders from LPG Bottling Plant in Thoothukudi Plant, as required under the Tender condition, as well as, all other terms therein.

W.P(MD).No.15697 of 2014 issued to the respondents 3 to 5. Therefore, according to the learned Standing counsel for the respondent, the writ petition has now become infructuous.

2.There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. After recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent Corporation, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
