The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ 1/4

of Mandamus, to forbear the respondent No.2 from registering any documents in respect of the petitioner's property in S.No. 1712 of Vilpatti Village, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's objection petition, dated 26.06.2025 and reminder letter, dated 11.07.2025. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's objection petition, dated 26.06.2025 and pass orders after hearing the petitioner and the 3rd respondent in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
