Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner challenges the order effecting mutation of patta in favour of the third respondent. During the pendency of the writ petition, civil suit filed by the petitioner as well as the counter claim therein suffered dismissal. Aggrieved by the same, A.S.Nos.106 of 2017 and 13 of 2018 have been filed before the Sub Court, Sivagangai. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the said first appeals. There is no interference is interfere with the impugned order at this stage.
3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11.07.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
