ORDER

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the copy of the letter sent by the Tasildar, Kalkulam, in letter, dated 17.12.2020. As per the said letter, an amount of Rs.1,55,662/- was recovered and deposited before the Labour Commissioner. The balance amount of Rs.5,000/- alone is to be settled. The said amount would be settled within a period of four weeks from today. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities for disposal of the award amount by filing an appropriate application in the manner prescribed. 2.With this liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
