ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to consider the representation, dated 31.03.2018 alleging that the fifth respondent has conducted " Kangaroo Court" and attempted to excommunicate the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 states that as on date, there is no complaint of conducting "Kangaroo Court" or excommunication by the respondents 4 & 5 and if there is any such incident is occurred, they will act in accordance with law.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
