ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow the petitioner and his family members to live peacefully in their house, by considering the representation, dated 27.08.2021.
2. A perusal of the representation, dated 27.08.2021 revealed that the request made to the first respondent is not to register any case as against the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he involved in 15 cases and the petitioner being an accused in several cases, pending this writ petition, only to escape from the clutches of law, threatened the respondents. The writ petition is devoid of merits. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
