Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Notification/Advertisement No.4 of 2014, dated 22.07.2014 for direct recruitment of Lecturer (Senior Scale) for Government Law Colleges issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board, Chennai, the second respondent herein and quash the same insofar as the Lecturer (Senior Scale) is concerned and consequently direct second respondent to conduct Written Tests for different specializations in different times enable me to writ two different tests in two different times.
