PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay necessary payment a sum of Rs.17,64,100/- for various work executed by the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation on 31.08.2021. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay necessary payment of Rs.17,64,100/- for various work executed by the petitioner based on the his representation on 31.08.2021.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his company, M.M Enterprises, has submitted quotation for Rs.17,64,100/- towards the purchase of health products during the Covid period. However, the said amount has not been paid to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation on 31.08.2021 to the first respondent and on 30.09.2021 to the respondents 2 and 2/5

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that no response has been received to his representaitons till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of above writ petition. petitioner .

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 31.08.2021 to the respondents seeking payment of Rs.17,64,100/- for the supplies made by them and has also annexed the documents to the same, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to consider the said representation and the documents submitted by the petitioners and on verifying its genuineness, shall proceed to make the payment, after hearing the petitioner and affording him an opportunity of personal hearing. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
