This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue on the ground that his son namely, Vigil Singh, aged about 40 years is missing and his whereabouts are not known.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the detenue, namely, Vigil Singh was produced before this Court. He stated that he had some financial problems and he is staying at Bangalore. He further stated that he is waiting for his wife to come back from Dubai.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accoridngly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. (J.N.B.,J.) & (N.A.V.,J.) 28.10.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes PJL
