This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.1170/2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that now the trial has been commenced and some of the prosecution witnesses have been examined.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to quash the final report at this stage. However, the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
