PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the impugned proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/5353/2020 dated 27.10.2021 and quash the same.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed as against the order of transfer passed by the respondent vide Proceedings No.Na.Ka.A1/5353/2020 dated 27.10.2021, in and by which, the petitioner has been transferred from Tiruchuli to Virudhunagar.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., 22.11.2021, this Court suggested the respondent to accommodate the petitioner in nearby places and the learned Additional Advocate General has also given instructions to the respondent. Based on the suggestion made by this Court, the respondent accommodated the petitioner at Poombidagai which is 18 kms from earlier place and the petitioner has also accepted to stay at Poombidagai.
3. In view of the subsequent development, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry stating that he is not pressing this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
